Additionally, she excels in conducting full-scale IQ assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for children with intellectual disabilities.
Her passion for helping children extends to providing therapeutic support for those facing anxiety, depression, and school bullying. She approaches each case holistically, fostering a deep understanding of the child’s unique concerns and providing effective interventions.
With a focus on empathy and effective communication, she strives to create a safe and supportive environment for both children and their families, enabling them to navigate challenges and achieve positive outcomes.
Rashmi Pandey

Rashmi has extensive experience in Psychological testing and therapies in children and adolescents. A passionate mental health advocate, she has been resource person for RCI CRE programs, an invited speaker at various forums. She has a wide experience of conducting workshops on different mental health related themes.
As an experienced clinical supervisor she has trained various therapists who are currently working both nationally and internationally. She has also published in national and international journals. She is based out of Noida.
Nooraa Sinha
Counselling Psychologist
her career with Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi. In her recent role, for 6 years she has been with the Shiv Nadar School Noida, where she heads the Wellbeing and Counselling team.
Her areas of interest and expertise are working with children, effective parenting and relationship counselling. Nooraa has a growing interest in spiritual psychology.

Prof. Nimisha Kumar

Dr. Kumar is the Founder-President of the Indian Association for CBT (www.iacbt.org), President-
Elect of the Asian CBT Association (www.acbta.org) and Founder-Director of Ascend-PsyCare
(www.ascendpsycare.in), a private mental health enterprise based in Delhi. She is also an Associate
Professor at the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences, SGT University, Gurugram.
Dr. Kumar has over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research at prestigious institutions in New Delhi. She has written papers in Indexed and refereed Journals, presented papers at National and International conferences, and mentored a number of Masters and Doctoral research dissertations. One of the special focus areas of research for her has been the Cultural Adaptation to CBT in the Indian context.

For past 25 years she has been playing the role of an active facilitator in equipping individuals and organizations to tide over their respective existential issues. She practices a combination of techniques of psychotherapy, training and consulting for assessment, goal setting, intervention, and follow-up. As a psychologist she has been offering therapeutic interventions to youth and adults on issues of depression, psycho-social anxiety, personality disorder, maladjusted life patterns, behavioural problems, marital discords, abusive behaviour, victimhood, gender issues, sexual abuse and disorientation.
Anjali Shah

Anjali Shah is a counselling psychologist, mental health expert and personal development coach with 20 years of experience in counseling people from diverse backgrounds and across all age groups. She is a postgraduate in Psychology from the University of Delhi. She started her career working in a prestigious institution as a senior psychologist
She soon became an esteemed part of the institution as she rigorously worked towards sensitizing the teachers and parents about the issues faced by teenagers. She counseled children and conducted, workshops, seminars and talks on topics of mental health for all stakeholders till she worked there. She was also part of a prestigious project initiated by the Ministry of HRD called the Adolescent Education program. As a life skills trainer, she trained peer trainers creating a community of mental health warriors. Since then She is working independently.
Although she is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, her approach is integrated.She
believes in the efficacy of mindfulness approaches and positive psychology for modern day issues.
She has been guiding people struggling with varied issues ranging from stress, anxiety,
depression, overthinking, low confidence, low esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder,
parenting issues , emotional and behavioral challenges.
Counseling for her is a process of empowerment which connects individuals to their empowered Self, help them practice self-compassion and challenge their negative beliefs.
