Meet Our Dedicated Team at Childrenplus

Ketki Agarwal

Ketki Agarwal, founder of LDExplained, brings lived experience and passion to the ChildrenPlus Advisory Council. This web-based platform provides resources and support to parents in India raising children with learning disabilities and ADHD. Driven by her own journey as a mother and extensive research, Ketki aims to raise mental health awareness and empower

parents facing similar challenges. Beyond LDExplained, her experience spans over a decade in the social sector, advocating for children and leading the LENS Foundation.

Shikha Sheth

Shikha Sheth, VP at Kingsley Gate Partners, brings multi-industry expertise to the ChildrenPlus Advisory Council. With an extensive consulting, banking, and executive search background, she advises companies and supports talent across varied sectors.Beforeo Kingsley Gate, Shikha held leadership roles at Bluewater Consulting, Anand Rathi Private Wealth,

and HSBC, building a strong network throughout her career. Her MBA and expertise in assessment further equip her to contribute meaningfully. Passionate about mental health awareness, Shikha is based in New Delhi.

Dr. Irfan A. Rizvi

Dr. Rizvi, Professor of Leadership & Change Management, brings 29 years of academic and corporate experience to the ChildrenPlus Advisory Council. He has consulted for diverse organizations and held positions at HCL Ltd., University of Delhi, and Reliance Group. A passionate facilitator of individual and organizational growth, he enjoys music, reading,

and exploring nature. Dr. Rizvi is committed to supporting ChildrenPlus’ mission of mental health awareness.

Dr Neeraj Gill - Consultant Psychiatrist

Dr (Prof) Neeraj Gill

Prof Neeraj Gill is a psychiatrist at Gold Coast Health. He is a Professor of Adult Psychiatry at Griffith University, Gold Coast and Professor, Public Mental Health, University of Canberra. He is the Regional Vice-President, Oceania, World Federation for Mental Health and the Secretary of the World Psychiatric Association Section on Psychiatry, Law and Ethics. He served as an elected Director on the Board of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists from 2020-2023.

His previous appointments include Clinical/Medical Director of mental health services in Toowoomba and Gold Coast and Acting Chief Psychiatrist of Queensland. In 2019, he served as the psychiatrist member of the Independent Health Advice Panel (under the so-called Medevac Laws). He was a member of the Queensland Mental Health Review Tribunal from 2018 to 2024.

 

Neeraj completed his Doctor of Public Health degree from the UNSW Sydney based on his doctoral thesis on ‘human rights of people with mental disabilities’. He has published many papers on human rights, mental health law and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander social and emotional wellbeing.

Dr Vidur Kumar

Dr. Vidur Kumar grew up in New Delhi. He obtained his B.D.S. from Annamalai University. He then attended the College of Dental Sciences, Davangere where he received his M.D.S. in Orthodontia. Thereafter he started private practice in New Delhi and has been in private practice for the past 18 years where he has ensured that his patients receive the highest quality

of care. Both adult and pediatric patients have successfully undergone orthodontic and general dental treatment under his skill and supervision.

He is a consultant orthodontist with Indraprastha Apollo Hospital since 2010.

Vidur brings his depth of expereince in engaging with children and young people and his knowledge of the medical field to the childrenplus Advisory Council.
