Stories, Insights & Conversations for growing mind

We ask children what they want to be. How often do we ask how they are?

Growing up comes with questions that don’t always find words, struggles that don’t always show, and stories adults may never hear.

With October being Mental Health Awareness Month, we take immense pride in launching our monthly digital newsletter:

Dedicated to the emotional wellbeing of children, young people and families, this publication creates space for their stories and the conversations they deserve.

Each month, we will bring together school principals, counsellors, educators, mental health professionals, parents and students to share what they know, what they notice and what they wish others understood.

Through articles, interviews and personal reflections, we will explore learning differences, anxiety, friendships, bullying, academic pressure, parenting and belonging. Student writing and artwork will give young people space to speak for themselves, while expert Q&As, Career Guidance by TNS, film recommendations, celebrity stories, comics and activities will offer practical guidance and fresh perspectives.

Our inaugural Principally Speaking features Mrs. Supriti Chauhan, Principal of DPS Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, sharing her perspective on understanding and supporting children at school.

Building on ChildrenPlus Connects, the Educators Summit and Listening Louder, this publication carries forward our commitment to bringing families, schools and professionals together to listen more closely and support children with greater understanding.

We hope every issue leaves you with a new perspective, a question to ask or a conversation worth having.

Share it with someone who cares for, teaches or supports a child, and invite a young person into the conversation. We would love to hear your thoughts, suggestions and feedback as we begin this journey.
