Nooraa Sinha

Sr. Counselling Psychologist

Nooraa Sinha is a counselling psychologist with over 28 years of experience navigating the complex landscape of mental health across schools, hospitals, NGOs, and the corporate sector. She is an alumna of University of Delhi, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology and a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology. Her professional foundation is further strengthened by advanced training in REBT, family therapy, and gender issues.

Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles in organisations providing counselling services to corporate employees across the JAPAC region. Most recently, she headed the Wellbeing and Counselling team at Shiv Nadar School, Noida for seven years. In her practice, Nooraa adopts an eclectic therapeutic approach, integrating tools from CBT, solution-focused therapy, and humanistic practices to meet individuals exactly where they are in their journeys. She works with both children and adults, bringing empathy and nearly three decades of professional insight to her interactions. Her focus is on empowering individuals to better understand themselves, their relationship with the environment and develop inner resources needed for healing and growth.

Parenting and relationships are areas especially close to her heart. Her spiritual inclination adds a reflective dimension to the way she approaches the everyday challenges people navigate in their personal lives. Ria Mahanty

RCI registered Clinical Psychologist

Ria is a dedicated and compassionate, RCI licensed, clinical psychologist with a profound understanding of mental disorders and a specialization in child neurodevelopment. Her expertise lies in conducting psychometric assessments to identify and address various neurodevelopment issues in children, such as autism, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. As an experienced professional, she takes pride in empowering parents through comprehensive parent skill training, enabling them to manage and cope with their child's behavioral issues effectively. Additionally, she excels in conducting full-scale IQ assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for children with intellectual disabilities. Her passion for helping children extends to providing therapeutic support for those facing anxiety, depression, and school bullying. She approaches each case holistically, fostering a deep understanding of the child's unique concerns and providing effective interventions. Mrs. Nidhi Anand

Nidhi is a warm, dedicated, and RCI-licensed clinical psychologist with a strong specialisation in child and adolescent mental health. With expertise in psycho-educational and psychometric assessments, she focuses on identifying learning difficulties, attention concerns, and developmental challenges to provide a clear understanding of each child’s unique profile.

Her practice centres on comprehensive assessments including evaluations for specific learning disabilities, ADHD, and intellectual functioning helping children, parents, and schools gain clarity and direction. By translating assessment findings into practical recommendations, she bridges the gap between testing and real-world application, ensuring that interventions are both evidence-based and child-focused.

Beyond testing, she provides therapeutic support to children struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, academic stress, and social challenges. With empathy and patience, she empowers families with strategies to create supportive home and school environments, fostering both emotional resilience and academic growth.

Tapsi Rawat is a compassionate and RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with specialized expertise in working with children, adolescents, and families. She holds an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Mental Health and Hospital, Agra, a Master’s in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, and a Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Haryana. She has also successfully qualified national-level examinations such as UGC-NET and GATE.

Her clinical expertise includes conducting psychometric assessments such as IQ tests, personality assessments, screening tools, and neuropsychological batteries. She is skilled in addressing a broad spectrum of psychological and behavioral difficulties in children and adolescents, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, disruptive behavior disorders (such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorder), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), emotional regulation difficulties, anger and impulse-control problems, substance use and risk-taking behaviors, as well as interpersonal and family relationship challenges. Tapsi is trained in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Behavior Therapy, ACT, and Supportive Psychotherapy, which she adapts to the unique developmental needs of children and young people. Diksha is a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of experience working with individuals across a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health concerns. Her work includes supporting clients through challenges related to self-esteem and identity, relationships, grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and emotional wellbeing. She holds a BA (Honours) and a Master’s degree, along with a Diploma in Mental Health and a certification in Family and Couples Therapy from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where she has also been actively engaged professionally in recent years.

Her clinical practice spans adolescence through older adulthood and is grounded in a deep respect for the uniqueness of every individual. She works with people from diverse cultural, social, and personal backgrounds, bringing a trauma-informed, systemic, socially conscious, and strength-based lens to therapy. Her areas of work include crisis counselling, family and interpersonal conflicts, grief and bereavement, relationship concerns, workplace and financial stress, communication difficulties, emotional regulation, and major life changes.

Dr. Garima Srivastava, PhD

Dr. Garima Srivastava, PhD

Psychologist | Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist | Supervisor

Dr. Garima Srivastava is a psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience working with adults, couples, and families across hospital, academic, and independent practice settings. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.

Her therapeutic work is trauma-informed and integrates psychodynamic and client-centred approaches, informed by a systemic and relational framework. She works with adults presenting with concerns including depression, anxiety disorders, panic and mood disorders, bipolar disorder, personality-related difficulties, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and complex trauma.

She practices from an affirming, feminist-informed, and queer-affirmative lens, with sensitivity to identity, power, and relational dynamics. Her work emphasises careful case formulation, depth-oriented psychotherapy, and an understanding of emotional patterns within relational contexts. She also works with couples and families to address communication breakdowns, attachment concerns, and recurring relational conflicts. Her practice is grounded in culturally responsive, strengths-based, and ethically reflective psychological care.

Rashmi Pandey

RCI registered Clinical Psychologist

Rashmi is an RCI Registered clinical psychologist with more than fifteen years of experience in the field. She completed an MA in Psychology from the Banaras Hindu University and her M.Phil in clinical Psychology from the prestigious Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP) in Ranchi. She is dedicated to serving clients in a meaningful way, listening to their concerns, and helping them learn how to approach their mental, emotional, and behavioural problems. 

Rashmi has extensive experience in Psychological testing and therapies in children and adolescents. A passionate mental health advocate, she has been resource person for RCI CRE programs, an invited speaker at various forums. She has a wide experience of conducting workshops on different mental health related themes. As an experienced clinical supervisor she has trained various therapists who are currently working both nationally and internationally. She has also published in national and international journals. She is based out of Noida.

Prof. Nimisha Kumar

Senior Consultant Psychologist, President of the Indian Association for CBT (Online Only)

Dr. Nimisha Kumar is a Senior Consultant Psychologist and trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist based in New Delhi. She has a Ph.D. in Psychology from University of Delhi and an MSc in CBT as well as a PG Cert in Clinical Supervision from the University of Derbyshire, UK.

Dr. Kumar is the Founder-President of the Indian Association for CBT (www.iacbt.org), President-Elect of the Asian CBT Association www.acbta.org) and Founder-Director of Ascend-PsyCare (www.ascendpsycare.in), a private mental health enterprise based in Delhi. She is also an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences, SGT University, Gurugram. Dr. Kumar has over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research at prestigious institutions in New Delhi. She has written papers in Indexed and refereed Journals, presented papers at National and International conferences, and mentored a number of Masters and Doctoral research dissertations. One of the special focus areas of research for her has been the Cultural Adaptation to CBT in the Indian context. Dr. Kumar is available for telehealth appointments. 

Papiya Sinha

Mrs. Rizvi is a Postgraduate in Clinical Psychology from University of Delhi, with professional training in psychotherapy at University of Delhi, Shahadra Mental Hospital, Delhi and National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. Professionally trained in Human Resources Management and Development by Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft (CDG) in Germany.

Papiya has been a practicing psychologist, trainer, consultant, researcher, and teacher with various private and public sector organizations in India, Bangladesh and Germany. She has also been a Research Associate in a World Health Organization (WHO) assignment at the SP Jain Research Centre, Faculty of management Studies, University of Delhi, Consultant with AusAid for BWSSB for the Govt. Of Karnataka. For past 25 years she has been playing the role of an active facilitator in equipping individuals and organizations to tide over their respective existential issues. She practices a combination of techniques of psychotherapy, training and consulting for assessment, goal setting, intervention, and follow-up. As a psychologist she has been offering therapeutic interventions to youth and adults on issues of depression, psycho-social anxiety, personality disorder, maladjusted life patterns, behavioural problems, marital discords, abusive behaviour, victimhood, gender issues, sexual abuse and disorientation.

Aparna Verma

She brings over 15 years experience as a Human Resource Leader to her rigorous mental health training and aims to provide individual and group mental health counseling in alignment with evidence-based practice and clinical models.

Aparna is inspired by human capabilities and resilience and is guided by the fundamental principle of mental health counselling - unconditional positive regard.

Anjali Shah

Counselling Psychologist (Online Only)

Anjali Shah is a counselling psychologist, mental health expert and personal development coach with 20 years of experience in counseling people from diverse backgrounds and across all age groups. She is a postgraduate in Psychology from the University of Delhi. She started her career working in a prestigious institution as a senior psychologist

She soon became an esteemed part of the institution as she rigorously worked towards sensitizing the teachers and parents about the issues faced by teenagers. She counseled children and conducted, workshops, seminars and talks on topics of mental health for all stakeholders till she worked there. She was also part of a prestigious project initiated by the Ministry of HRD called the Adolescent Education program. As a life skills trainer, she trained peer trainers creating a community of mental health warriors. Since then She is working independently. Although she is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, her approach is integrated.She believes in the efficacy of mindfulness approaches and positive psychology for modern day issues. She has been guiding people struggling with varied issues ranging from stress, anxiety, depression, overthinking, low confidence, low esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder, parenting issues , emotional and behavioral challenges. Sneha Das

Sneha Das is a licensed Clinical Psychologist (Rehabilitation Council of India). She is currently working as Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at Amity Institute of Behavior and Health Sciences (AIBHAS), Amity University Uttar Pradesh (AUUP). She specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry, mood and anxiety disorders, psychological trauma and personality disorders. She extensively practices Dialectical behavior therapy and other cognitive based third wave therapies. She is well-versed in psychological assessments including projective and neuropsychological batteries. She has keen interest in research and the application of various research methodologies. She is experienced in consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, treatment related to medico-legal cases, case supervision and consultation, and tele-therapy.

Nidhi Mehra

Counselling Psychologist

Nidhi Dawar Mehra is a well-being psychologist and trainer with over 15 years of diverse experience. She has played a significant role in training young minds and professionals through capacity-building sessions, providing guidance and counselling on relationships and life skills, supporting students in career pathways, and assisting with various developmental milestones. She also plans strategic interventions for organizations.

Nidhi completed her post-graduation in Clinical Psychology from the University of Delhi and an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling from NIPCCD in 2007. Since then, she has worked closely as a consultant and visiting psychologist with many schools and clinics, serving both urban and semi-urban populations. She is a registered Rehabilitation Psychologist with RCI and has extensive experience working in multidisciplinary clinics. Nidhi specializes in assessing neurotypical children using psychometrics and obtaining various accommodations and concessions for them across different educational boards. In her most last clinical role, she was a Senior Consultant Psychologist with Orkids Multidisciplinary Clinics, where she led psychological and behavioural interventions, counselling, and assessments for their clinics in the Delhi NCR region, serving parents from Tier II and III cities. Nidhi has worked in schools and corporates in strategic roles as a counsellor and has been instrumental in establishing and monitoring support centres and related training under her supervision. She is actively involved in several organizations that advocate for #CounsellingInEverySchool. She currently chairs the Inclusion & Scholarship Committee at IC3 and participates in various counselor forums and organizations.

Mahika Tampi

Mahika is a student of psychology with a passion for the study of the human mind. Her penchant for the subject has traversed immersive internships in MNCs like Indiamart to valuable learning experience under a clinical psychologist, gaining first hand knowledge of the importance of therapy for adolescents. She has been volunteering with NGOs to sensitize

women in rural areas in NCR about reproductive health and wellbeing. As the founder of Cacophony, a clothing brand that celebrates inclusiveness and self-expression, Mahika leverages her entrepreneurial spirit to address body dysmorphia, body shaming and other related issues. Recognizing the transformative power of art, she has also explored human emotions through acting in short films and showcasing her paintings in local exhibitions.  Having completed her first year studying psychology in the city of Bath, she has returned to her homeland in India to continue her academic journey.
